Common questions
Is the first question really free?
Yes — your very first question is always free, with no account or credit card required. This lets you try the service before deciding whether to continue.
What's the difference between Pay As You Go and Monthly?
Pay As You Go is $2 per question — you pay as you go and there's no ongoing commitment. Monthly gives you unlimited questions for $5/month, which works out better if you ask more than 3 questions in a month.
How does the Annual plan work?
Annual is $45 billed once per year — that's $3.75/month equivalent, so you get 2 months free compared to the monthly plan. You still get unlimited questions and can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@asksage.help — we'll cancel it for you within one business day. No phone calls, no waiting on hold. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is my information private?
Completely. We never share your questions or email with anyone. Your tech questions are yours alone.
What if I just want to donate instead?
We appreciate the support! You can make a one-time donation at any amount from our Support page. Donations are entirely optional — the subscription plans are how we keep the lights on.
